  • Origin Story

    Not Too Hot Sauce is the brainchild of Melody and Angela Petulla - sisters, co-founders, and partners in crime. As a spicy food lover, Melody was on a mission to create the perfect goldilocks hot sauce for her younger sister with big flavor without big heat. After realizing the lack of variety and excitement in the mild market, what started as a passion project quickly became a calling to give mild the hype it deserves. The sister duo is now pursuing their entrepreneurial dream, while helping others live life on the mild side.
