Buffalo Cottage Cheese Dip Recipe

I've always loved buffalo chicken dip. Even when I didn't enjoy spicy food, I would eat buffalo chicken dip because the cream cheese cooled the dish down enough that I could enjoy the flavor of the buffalo sauce.

Fast forward to today, and I have a newfound obsession with cottage cheese, and I've recently discovered the blended cottage cheese trend that is making its rounds on social media. I have tried a few versions of the blended cottage cheese dip, but I decided to create my own buffalo cottage cheese dip with our Creamy Buff-alo sauce to bring together my love of buffalo chicken dip with my new passion for blended cottage cheese. Cottage Cheese Buffalo Dip

This blended buffalo cottage cheese dip is zingy and flavorful with just a bit of a kick! You can eat this as a dip with chips, crackers, and vegetables, use it as a sauce, or add it as a spread to your favorite sandwiches or wraps.

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup Creamy Buff-alo Sauce from Not Too Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the parsley and garlic
  2. In a blender or food processor, add the parsley, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, Creamy Buff-alo Sauce, cottage cheese, and water
  3. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth, approximately 1 minute
  4. Enjoy!
